雨の平日8:56に1人で訪問。店外に椅子に6名並び。食券は買わずに並びます。なんと、並んでいる最中9:12、後7名くらいで本日終了とのこと。営業時間11:30となってますが、ずいぶん早い早仕舞いです。ご注意下さい。9:14に入店。発券機にて
ラーメン 1000円
をポチッ。ご主人はワンオペ。9:22に着丼。おっ、オーソドックスなラーメンですが、バランスがいいですね。特筆はチャーシュー。やや濃い目の味ですが、これが旨い！！ごはんがほしくなる味。
