不動前駅から徒歩9分、
ラーメンの百名店になりそうな
「えーちゃん食堂」を訪問。
昨年の4/24オープンで1周年、現在評価は3.80、ラーメンTRY2023-2024新店部門しょう油7位
でもあります。
平日の開店15分前（6時15分）に到着のところ
既にオープンしていて4番目。最近の口コミでは
この時間でも30名待ちとかなのでタイミング良かった
です。
10分ちょっとで入店できました。
店内はカウンターのみの6席。店主ワンオペです。
チャーシューメン 1,400円を注文。
5分くらいで提供されました。
スープは動物系（豚？）の旨味に鯖節の香りが
感じられて美味しいです。煮干しや昆布や野菜の
旨味が重層的に感じられる味わいです。
中細の縮れ麺は多加水でモチっとした食感で
スープの旨味を良く拾って旨いです。
チャーシューはトロトロ食感に近い豚バラ。
これでもかと言うくらい大量なチャーシューが
スープに沈んでいて食べ応えあります。
最後まで美味しく頂きました。
