本日は朝6時30分からやってる朝ラーメンのお店「えーちゃん食堂」さんで朝ごはん。
6時10分位にお店に着くと、すでに開店してて満席。
外待ちは３名です。
1人出てきたら1人入る感じで私の順番。
下記食券を購入してカウンター席に。
チャーシューメン1400円
スープは動物系に魚介の風味が利いてるコクのある絶品スープ。
麺はピロピロの喜多方ラーメンのような麺でのど越し良いです。
チャーシューもしっかりと味染みしてて肉厚。
チャーシューメンでもここまで多く肉を食べれるお店は珍しく、めちゃうまです。
朝から美味しいラーメンを頂き、満足です。
ごちそうさまでした。
2巡目で
