いつも″お店を保存″頂き誠にありがとうございます✨
東京の目黒にあるお店。
純度99%の天然水晶で作られた水晶鍋が気になり友達と新年会で利用しました♪
水晶の浄化作用が食材の臭みや不純成分を分解除去とデトックス効果があるそうで、さらに熱した水晶は大量の遠赤外線を発生させるらしく、直火とは違い食材を芯からふっくらと調理できるそうです✨
結果…水晶鍋の宝石鍋しゃぶしゃぶ最高でした(*'▽'*)
あおさとコラーゲンのスープも良かった✨
