This is a shabu shabu restaurant with a blue color that I was interested in. I was able to make an online reservation through Tabelog, and even made reservation on the day. Since it's all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink, you can exercise without eating anything in the morning, then go to the store. It's on the basement floor of Ramen Nakamura. When you enter the store, you will find a modern atmosphere based on black and gray. There is a high partition wall from the one next door, so it feels like a private room. It's nice that the seats are wide. There were only 2 people, but I was guided to a 4 seater. It's nice to have luggage storage. Order by calling the doorbell. ★90 minutes all-you-can-eat secret shabu shabu shabu banquet course with fluffy white meatballs and domestic pork All-you-can-eat 5,800 yen Includes 120 minutes of all-you-can-drink The all-you-can-drink beer is PSB, which is great for low-carbohydrate beer! Drinking PSB in a PSB glass for the first time! It's delicious and low in sugar when drunk in a mug. It's also great for dieters. First, fried chicken and salad, each person gets two pieces of fried chicken. Spicy with plenty of black pepper. After a while, the hot pot is served! It's amazing that it's a transparent crystal pot. The soup stock becomes a jelly, and the blue color melts and turns green. This looks great. Plenty of meat and vegetables too. While the vegetables were simmering, the meatballs came out. Tsukune comes in 3 types of seasoning. I was wondering what raw meatballs were like, but they're so fluffy, it's strange. There are two types of sauces in the hot pot: ponzu sauce, melty sauce, egg, and mentsuyu-like seasoning.Both of these were delicious, and I ordered 3 refills of the pork and 2 refills of the vegetables. At the end, I had somen noodles and a bite of somen noodles.I thought it was an unusual dish, but it tasted really good. Tororo is delicious! The clerk was the only one working on the floor, and although he seemed busy, he was efficient, smiling, and friendly. I asked for a mega-sized highball because I would finish it right away, and thank you very much for your kindness. I had plenty of time to drink. At first, is it a shop that only looks good on Instagram or SNS? I was skeptical, but the taste was really good and I'm glad I went. It was a hot pot that I would want to eat regularly. I'm glad I didn't eat anything in the morning! Dessert was written on Tabelog course menu, but apparently there wasn't. But I'm glad I didn't have it because I was full.
