お昼の時間も予約で満席、落ち着いた雰囲気でお料理も良かった。サービスには若干違和感を感じましたが、許容範囲でした。
閉店ギリギリに入店して慌ただしくオーダー。
いつもの定番イカの青ジソ炒めを注文。
いつもよりちょっとベタついていた感が。
その他、冷菜や牛肉と真菰だけの唐辛子炒め、麻婆豆腐などは全て美味しかった...
約1万のコース。
料理はどれも一つ一つがちゃんと美味しいです。
そしてボリュームもかなりある！
杏仁豆腐にフルーツ乗ってるの好きだった！
たまに刺激ほしくなるときこのシャラトン都ホテルの四川を食らいたくなる 棒々鶏も辛味あってうまくて陳麻婆豆腐はしばらく口のなか麻痺するうまさ 炒飯もうまくて 海老チリも辛味あって最高
母の日のお祝いで心配りいただいてありがとうございました。
ベテランの大人に接客というよりは、これからの若手のスタッフが一生懸命おもてなしをしてくれる
