白金高輪にある日本料理店です。
店内はカウンター席とテーブル席が1つあります。
アラカルトもありましたがちょこちょこ色んなの食べたかったのでおまかせコース8800円を頂きました。
頂いたのは
◯竹しょうが
◯春日の押し寿司
見た目が春らしくて綺麗。桜の葉の塩気がアクセントに。締め具合もバッチリ。
◯太刀魚焼き
皮目パリッと中はフワッフワ。塩加減もいいです。
◯お造り
小肌、いか、マグロ、かんぱち。醤油、生姜醤油、塩水に付けて。
◯春野菜蒸し
スナップエンドウ、ブロッコリー、菜の花、アスパラなど。春を満喫出来るお野菜は自然の甘みがしっかり。
◯若竹煮
あっさりとした優しい味わい。たけのことワカメは鉄板の組み合わせ。
◯肉じゃが 単品
じゃがいも、にんじんは煮崩れせずに味が染み染み。お肉は大きな塊でお箸入れるだけでホロホロと崩れるやわらかさ。
◯肉じゃがカレー
肉じゃがの具材は崩れてとろとろに。肉じゃがの甘さがカレーに合います。カレー3割肉じゃが7割の好バランスなカレー。めちゃ美味しい！
⚪︎杏仁豆腐
桜餅が乗った杏仁豆腐。
シンプルで王道の和食が頂けます。味付けも絶妙で塩加減もちょうど良く何を頂いても美味しかったなぁ。
特に肉じゃがと肉じゃがカレーはツボでした。
大将は明るくて面白く話も弾み楽しく食事が出来ました。
