平日ランチです。
この日は珍しく白金台でのお仕事です。
訪問先に行く前に遅めのランチ。
地下鉄の駅のそばのこちらのお店を訪問してみました。
訪問時間14:15、先客・後客いずれもなし
こんな遅い時間ですので当然といえば当然
真ん中のテーブルに着席し
お願いしたのは海鮮チャーハン1,320円
場所柄なのかちょい高めです。
すぐにスープとお新香が提供
このスープですが鶏出汁ベースですが
鶏独特の香りが少し残った感じでした。
5分でチャーハンが提供です
とても手際が良いです。
白い年季の入った器の上に、
玉子の黄色がまぶしいチャーハンが盛られています
チャーハンには太めの中サイズの海老が３つ、
TOPには蟹のむき身が載せられています。
具材は、細かく刻まれたチャーシュー、ネギ少量、玉子たっぷり
いたってシンプル。
味わい的にはとびぬけたところはあまりありませんが
鉄の味がするチャーハン、時折塩味強め(笑)
エビちゃんの弾力はなかなかのもの
蟹ちゃんは良いアクセント
美味しくいただきました
食べ終わるころに、杏仁豆腐が提供
そんなサービスがあることを知りませんでしたので
ちょっとうれしくなりました。
