初訪
食べ友様が面白そうなBarを見つけたとの事でお邪魔してみました....屋号の通りプラネタリウムに、●千万円の設備投資をされたBarとなります。
プラネタリウムをウリにしているだけあって、入店しますと店内は真っ暗です...1.0-1.5時間周期で当日に東京の空に見える星座を説明頂けます。
40代半ばの男性店主のワンオペ。
フルーツ系を中心にお願いしてみました。
頂いたのは、

以下、頂いた所感。
・①：少々、時間が掛かるとの事でしたが、パイン1個をマルでご使用...散々、横浜のBarでリクエストしましたが、叶えてくれたのはホームBarの1店舗のみ。
お願いしてもいないのに、此のような登場をしますとテンション爆⤴︎⤴︎⤴︎
次回はミントも入れて貰いましょうかね？
・②：此方も黄桃？をマルで1個ご使用。フルーツ系はマルで使い切る主義なんだとか...チョット、クレイジーが入っているような？
皮をチョット入れたようで風味の良いアクセント。
・③：ラム強め+シロップ少なめでお願いしました。供されたのはシロップ無しでしたが、充分美味い。
其れだけ良い+沢山のフルーツを使っているのでしょう。
・④：省略
・⑥：此方も小玉の西瓜をマルでご使用...
・⑦：佐藤錦1パックご使用だそうです。どう考えても狂ってる...
壁側のテーブル席はセパレートされており、ちょっとエロい雰囲気...あと20歳位若かったらな？な〜んて思ってしまいます。
女性客も多く2100頃には満卓により、無予約のお客様は入店を断られておりました。休前日や週末は事前に予約しての訪問がイイかもしれません。
フルーツカクテルのコンセプトが◎な店舗に出逢えてしまいました...
