白金の邸宅で食べる石鍋コース
白金台の駅から住宅街へ7−8分歩いていきます。
正直、住宅街の1軒がお店となっているので、
非常に見つけにくいです。
表札で店名を確認できます。
名物の石鍋コース。
お刺身盛り合わせをいただき、
2品ぐらい出てから、メインの石鍋。
ごま油の中で、豚肉と海鮮が踊る！！
部屋中に食欲をそそる煙がたち、当然めちゃめちゃ美味しいです。
石頭楼を思い出させる絶品の石鍋に感動です。
〆にはラーメンを入れ、これも美味しかった。

一軒家レストランでありますが、住宅街の中にあるので最初は迷うかもしれません。
20数年前に一度訪問した時のオーナーはも亡くなられて、店名は変わったようです。
看板メニューは石頭火鍋。
こだわり抜いた食材と上質な鶏ガラとお野菜をふんだんに使用したお出汁が自慢で、
国産和牛と群馬県産の嬉嬉豚を使用しています。
つけダレは玉子タレと徳島県の明治三十年創業 濱醤油醸造場から取り寄せているポン酢の2つ。
まずは豚肉と牛肉をごま油で炒めます。
香りが良く、食欲がそそります。
海老や椎茸、きのこ類も多く野菜もたっぷり入っていて、
どちらのタレで食べても抜群に美味しい！
〆のラーメンも美味。お腹もいっぱいになりました。
