この日は友人と白金台・高輪台付近のお店を開拓しようということで、前から気になっていたこちらのお店に伺いました。入口からして普通に人が住んでいそうな住宅で、小さな表札に気がつかなければ通り過ぎてしまいます。
お店のホームページで、接待をウリにしていらっしゃるようなので、個室を予約してみました（個室料4,000円）。1階がテーブル席、2階が個室ですが、私たちが通された部屋は、元子供部屋だったのかな？というつくりでした笑
基本コース6,600円税込は、前菜3品、石鍋、ラーメン、デザートという構成です。
前菜は野菜の酢漬け、筍のしんじょう、ホタルイカで、普通な感じです。
石鍋は富士山の溶岩を使っているそうで、今は溶岩の採石が禁止されていて、鍋が入手困難だそうです。具材は、豚肉、牛肉、エビ、椎茸、きのこ、豆腐、白菜、ねぎなどなど、結構盛りだくさんで、最初に肉を胡麻油でサッと焼いてからスープを入れて煮込みます。胡麻油の香りが食欲をそそります。タレは、生卵の入ったピリ辛ダレとポン酢の2種類で、薬味は甜麺醤、ニンニク、豆腐ようです。スープがあっさりなので、タレだけでなく、薬味を使った方が味が引き締まる感じです。
基本的に鍋はスタッフさんが作ってくれますので、食べるだけで楽ですが、せっかく個室だったのに作っている間は内緒の話はできません笑
〆のラーメンは醤油味であっさり。
デザートは、柑橘系のシャーベットでしたので、こちらも後味スッキリでした。
お酒は全体的に高めで、日本酒、焼酎が数種類ずつ、グラスワインは赤、白1種類で赤はマルベック、白はソーヴィニオン・ブランでしたが、この鍋にソーヴィニオン・ブランは合いません(^_^;)
正直なところ、お店や個室の作りは普通の住宅ですし、個室でも接待には向かず、4人ぐらいでワイワイ言いながら鍋を囲んで、って感じの利用に向いていると思います。スタッフさんが若くてイケメンです笑（個人の感想です）
