道路沿いにある店
気になって調べてみたら
フォローしているお菓子レビュアー
八坂牛太さんのレポがあった。
オーボンビュータン出身の増沢シェフの
実力派の店らしい
ドアには買わない人の入店お断りの張り紙
値上げのコメントがあって気になるが
そんなにでもないだろうと入ってみると
一畳くらいのスペースに並べられた
地味な見た目の焼き菓子たち
値札は1800円や2200円など
白金といえどこんなにするのと
目を疑う金額に少し怯む
店主は目の前で黙々と作業している
写真を撮れる雰囲気でもなく

色々眺めて吟味
意を決して頼んだ
バタークリームサンド(ノーマル)1800円
は売り切れ
ピスタチオ2200円も売り切れとのこと
またしばらく悩み
シェフオススメぽい
地味な煎餅みたいなのにするか悩みつつ
結局選んだのは高すぎずハズれにくそうな
パレドダム900円
これでも一番安い方なので
パティスリー慣れしてない人は
近づかない方がいいでしょう
家に帰って食べてみると
やたら美味い！
堅めのラングドシャのような味わい
素朴な感じなのに
程よい甘さや繊細さが同居していて
あと一枚、もう一枚と食べたくなるので
なくならないうちに袋の口を閉めてストップした
これはザ・職人の菓子だ
大事に食べよう
高かろうが愛想がなかろうが
なくならないわけだ
贅沢すぎてたくさん買えないけど
今後もいろいろ試してみたいと
思わせるには十分な味わいでした
