クラシカルなフランス焼き菓子を提供するスイーツショップが高級住宅街白金にあります。
パティシエは現代の名工河田勝彦さんのオーボンビュータンで修行され、渡仏し更に本場スイーツを身につけた筋金入りのパティシエです。
小さな可愛い店舗で、扉を開けるとたくさんのお菓子が並んでいます。
クッキーとショコラのバターケーキをいただきました。
クッキーの硬さと甘さが巧みなバランスで、美味しさがダイレクトに伝わります。
バターケーキはカカオの芳香が艶やかで、深みのある大人の味わいです。
お菓子の国をいただきました。
