【ディナーコース】来てよかったと心から思えるお店
大袈裟かも知れないですが、ひとつの舞台、演劇を拝見したような体験。
しかも２時間以上にわたる感動の連続。
コース料理のお味とセンスへの驚き、ソムリエはじめとするスタッフの接客、お店からのサービス、
お支払い以上の価値を感じ感謝しかありません。
コースすべての料理が美味しかったですが、
豊潤なトリュフが香るキスのお料理、
香り抜群の松茸を使った鱧のお料理がとても好きでした！
メインの太刀魚や鹿肉のお料理も最高でした。
テーブル上の演出ひとつ、器が一新されていたりなど、久しぶりに来ましたが、その進化も楽しめました。
またの訪問が楽しみです。

お願いしていなかったが、個室に通してもらいました。
とても落ち着いて料理を楽しめました。(個室でなくもと十分楽しめます)
コースは最初の前菜の2品で既に感動のノックアウト。
連れとも｢旨いねー！｣の言葉しか出てこない。
目にも楽しい趣向の凝らされた品々は、正に作品。
コースメインの主要食材は、
鱒→フォアグラ→アワビ→さわら→鳩肉×トリュフ
ペアリングは、
ロゼ→ロゼ→白→白→赤
自分では普段選ばない、マリアージュなワインたち。
さすがソムリエ、ナイスセレクトです！
デザートに、
メロンのスープ→マンゴーとアイス
最後に誕生日メッセージを入れたお菓子のプレート、ありがとうございます。
都度、料理の説明に来てくれるシェフのウィスパーボイス！もご愛敬。
ソムリエも立ち居振舞い、距離感、会話を振った際の対応など申し分なし。
フロアのお姉さんも笑顔、声がけが素敵だ。
お世辞にも店舗に高級感や敷居の高さがあるわけではないが、この隠れ家的アットホームさは、作品やスタッフさん達のお人柄とトンマナがあっていて、居心地がいい。
あっという間の幸せな３時間。
今後も記念日はここにしたい。

日常の嫌なことも吹き飛ばしてくれる、そんなレストランって良いですね。美味しい料理と居心地のよさに癒された夜になりました。
外苑西通りを脇に入った閑静な通りの雰囲気の良い
佇まいのお店です。
個室も売りみたいですが、こういったお店では敢えて他のお客さんとの臨場感を味わいながら食べるのが好きです。
適度なテーブルの距離感とアットホームな雰囲気がとてもいい。

9種の創作フレンチは、その味や盛付けも楽しめますし、一つ一つの皿を、シェフの平野さんが説明してくれるのもさらに美味しさを引き立てます。
全ての皿に大満足。
●ワインペアリング4種¥4,000
それぞれの料理にマリアージュするワインを、女性ソムリエがセレクト。
味覚、視覚、聴覚で楽しめる実力店です。
ここであればいくら払っても損した気にはならないですが、このレベルのレストランでこの価格はなかなか無いのではと。
帰りはシェフとソムリエ共に階下まで見送りに出てくれました。
誕生日を迎えた連れも大満足で良かった。
次は休日のお昼に来たいな。

２品目のイカのお料理とメインの魚のポワレ好き。
お馴染みの鰻パイは、リアルガチな鰻に近づいてきましたねw
ペアリングはお値段しますが、普段自分では選ばないであろう発見ワインを楽しめるのがいいですね。
新メンバーも加わり、益々頑張ってほしいな。
