初めて伺うこちら。
外観からしてスタイリッシュなビルの一角にあります。
この日に頂いたのは11000円のランチコース。
[毛蟹とピゼッリのタルト コンテチーズのクリームとライムの香り]
2口程のサイズ感ですが、蟹の濃厚な風味が存分に楽しめます。
その濃厚さをライムの香りで爽やかに彩っていて、アミューズにはピッタリな一皿でした。

火入れが素敵な鱒♪
ビジュアルも美しい一皿です。
[カリソンに見立てたフォアグラのフォンダン キールロワイヤルでコンフィにしたグリオットと合わせて]
シェフのスペシャリテ。
ケーキのような美しい見た目がとても魅力的です。
ただ、見た目だけに留まらず味わいも実に華やか。
濃厚なフォアグラの味わいと甘酸っぱいソースのバランスがクセになるぅ。

春華堂公認でうなぎパイとネーミングしているそうです。
なのでメニュー表には公式マークが付いてます。
こういう遊び心が好き(笑)
繊細なオブジェのようなこの品は13代目とのこと、
今までにどんなうなぎパイが生み出されてきたのか興味深いです。

こちらも鱒同様、火入れ具合が最高の一皿。
淡白な白身にモリーユの芳醇な香りがとても合う、安心感を覚える味わいでした。

こちらも火入れグッド。
オーソドックスともとれる一品ですが、丁寧に仕立てられている為か、典型的なソレとは一線を画す味わいでした。

デザートです。
夫には通常提供のこちらを、私はココナッツミルクが苦手なのでマシュマロをメレンゲに変えて提供してくださいました。
さっぱりとした味わいで、食後のデザートにふさわしい美味しさでした。

ミニャルデーズは一皿に盛って提供されました。
実は誕生日が近かった事もあり、プレートに名前が書かれていたため画像は割愛です。
マカロン、フィナンシェ、グレープフルーツのゼリーと共に、お店で個々の体調や気分に合わせてその場で調合して下さったハーブティーを飲みながら楽しみました。
フレンチのコースなのでそれなりにしますが、その中でも良心的な価格帯のこちら、
内容や味わいは申し分無い位に満足出来るものでした。
