タレは甘さ控えめのタイプ。
かつはペラペラでカチカチの店が多いが、当店は仕上がりが良く、なかなか美味い。

蒲鉾、ワカメ、刻み葱、スリ生姜。
別皿に天かす添え。
麺は太め。
しっかりと冷やされており、コシがある。
飲んだ次の日はうどんで胃腸を労りたい。
