ミルク感が強めのクッキーシュー

近くでパフェを食べた後、スイーツが食べ足りなかったので「ル・コフレ・ドゥ・クーフゥ 白金店」にハシゴしました。
こちらは百名店にも選ばれている「ドゥ・ボン・クーフゥ 武蔵小山本店」の系列店。

白金店限定の品もあり、今回は限定品目当てで伺いました。

少し遅めの15時頃に訪問。
イートインは1席を残して盛況で、最後の一席に座ることが出来ました。
ドゥ・ボン・クーフゥの世界観そのままに、照明を落とした重厚な雰囲気が特徴の店内です。

早速オーダーを。
ショーケースの中が曇っていて中が見え辛かったですが、ケーキはほとんど売り切れの中、限定のクッキーシューが運よく残っていました。
そして、ドリンクはこちらも限定のクリームソーダが飲みたかったので、クリームソーダもオーダー。

しかし、クリームソーダは売り切れてしまったとのこと。うむぅ、残念。
というか、クリームソーダが売り切れることあるんですね。

気を取り直して、クッキーシューのみでオーダーしました。

　イートインでいただくとフロランタンも付きます。
　シューはしっとりめの生地に、中のクリームはミルク感は強め。
　カスタード、バニラビーンズはあまり感じられず、シンプルな味わいですね。

　クッキーシューの名ですが、クッキーのザクザク感はなく、普通のシューの印象でした。
　軽めで食べやすいシューで、2軒目としてちょうどよいバランスでした。

次回は早い時間に伺って、クリームソーダーを頂きたいですね。
