We visited Tsubonakaan, where the cherry blossom festival started while wishing for the cherry blossoms to bloom. Unfortunately, it was still early for cherry blossoms, but the Japanese-style buildings and gardens were really nice. After taking off my shoes at the entrance, I was guided through the building by a Nakai-san. Fire hydrants were hidden at key points behind folding screens, and there were Japanese-style decorations here and there, such as Kabuki paintings and fans. Since it is located in Happoen, Wedding Halls, the rooms are usually used for meetings, so you can feel the high level of formality and the attentive hospitality that befits a special day. The room is a large tatami room with an alcove and a glass wall at the back, offering a panoramic view of the Japanese garden. There is floor heating under the tatami mats, so your feet will be warm. Today's menu is: Appetizer: Fugu milt, Sushi, Sakura trout, Sakura sushi soup, Spring steamed in a clay pot, Zuri: Fine fish, tuna, plum soy sauce, Grilled dish, Grilled flat shellfish and wild vegetable tempura, Tempura appetizers, Tottori Wagyu beef oleine 55 Steak, grilled asparagus, raw Shichimi Meal: Firefly squid clay pot rice, miso soup, pickled vegetables, and water sweets Hyuganatsu! Each explanation is attached to the photo in the comments. The plum soy sauce I received when making sashimi was made from plums grown in the garden, and I also received plum wine as a service! It was very delicious and polite, and the weather was nice, so I had a fun meal.
