白金の隠れた名店
しばらく来店していませんが、当時は何度も利用させて頂きました。
白金台、目黒、広尾駅からの利用が出来ますが、近くはありませんのでタクシーの利用をオススメします。
高架下で騒がしい場所ですが、店内は静かで落ち着いた雰囲気です。
名物の極上牛を贅沢に使った料理が自慢のお店です。
まずはレバーですが、私は大好きなのですが、ココのレバーは1番美味しいと思っています。
いまだかつて味わったことのない味を是非、味わって欲しいです。
そして、熟成金舌。
こちらも最高に味わう価値のある串焼きです。
最後は和牛寿司。
これまた、絶品です。
魚顔負けの和牛寿司も味わって欲しいです。
お土産でいただけるメンチカツも嬉しいです。
サービス満点でとっても楽しめるお店だと思います。

今回は初めてコース料理をお願いしました。

前菜 蕪の印籠蒸し
味がしっかり染みていてとても美味しい
肉刺し トリュフプラチナユッケ
トリュフの匂いが店内に充満するほどの量がのっています。
お肉と卵とトリュフが口の中で絶妙に絡み合う旨さ
熟成 熟成舌二種類食べ比べ
乾燥熟成 金舌
これは毎回感動する旨さです
氷温熟成 国産牛舌
こちらも美味しい
金舌と交互に食べると最高
溶岩焼き 日本一のレバー溶岩焼き
最高のレバーを溶岩で表面を焼いてから食べる
口の中でプリプリのレバーが最高に旨い
葉菜 国産ルッコラと牛蒡のサラダ
