お客様と二人きりでお忍び会食。そんな時に便利な白金台。一軒家レストランが充実していて、繁華街では無いので他の関係者と鉢合わせする可能性は皆無。そんなで使っている此方のお店です。
インターホンを押して、予約名を言って解錠。今の時期、庭の桜が見事です。お店の方に聞くと裏のしだれ桜は散ってしまいましたが表の大木はまだ満開です。
メニューは肉鍋のコースのみ。白味噌仕立てのスープで和牛と野菜を煮込んで食します。最初は生ビールで乾杯。牛のタタキと麹和えがアテになります。
肉はサシがありますが煮込んでも硬くならず、旨味を出汁に出していきます。煮詰まってもこれが中々美味い。
肉と野菜をおかわりしてしまいました。
締めは太うどん。2センチ角、長さ15センチのうどん二本。すいとんの様だけど、これも面白い。
ここまでハイボールがかなり進みました。山崎のノンビンテージですが1人5杯は飲んでます。
デザートは一階に場所を変えて。お店の方にバーとして使うと言えば、デザートと共に一階のソファ席準備してもらえます。締めは豆腐寒天とともにジンジャーモヒート。豆腐寒天は透明な寒天の中に少し甘い豆腐を閉じ込めた一品。ジンジャーが甘かったので少々負けました。
トータルで良い時間です。様々語り合いたい時、此方を是非。
1人20000円超えましたが、満足のいく時間でした。最後に桜を見ながら帰ります。ごちそうさまでした。
