平日の夜に伺いました。
プラチナ通りを脇道に入った古民家風の一軒家。
お店に入るにはインターフォンを押してドアのロックを解除してもらいます。
小石の敷かれた小道を抜けて2階の店内へ。
薄暗いお店は雰囲気バッチリ。
どの席も個室風に仕切られていて、プライバシーがしっかり守られており落ち着く雰囲気。
今日は白味噌ベースの牛鍋を予約済み。
先付けはローストビーフ。
ビールを飲みながらローストビーフを頂いていると、牛鍋登場。
先に野菜を煮てから牛肉を投入するスタイル。
お味は、割下の白味噌が少し甘すぎるかなぁ…
でも色々な薬味があるので、好みに調節できます。
牛肉は美味しい和牛が6枚だったかな？（2人前）
若者は量的に足りないかもしれませんが、お店のコンセプト的に、ガッツリ食べるというよりはお酒を飲みながらまったり…といった感じなので、私たちには丁度良かったです。
予習をした内容では締めはぶっというどんだと思っていたら、普通の中華麺でした。
割下が甘めなので中華麺はあまり合わないかなぁ…
落ち着いた空間で素敵な時間を過ごす事ができました。
