勇は、柏の広東料理の名店、文菜華オーナーシェフ渡辺展久氏に師事した原シェフが提供する中華料理店だ。
「おまかせ１コース」お一人様 11,000円(税込) (前菜からデザートまで８皿前後)飲みの提供となっている。
この日のメニューは下記の通り。
１. 三種前菜
（菜の花の中華風おひたし
蒸し鶏の蕙生姜レモンソース
本日の鮮魚のお刺身サラダ）
2. 新玉葱と中国ハムのポタージュ
3. 蒸し活鮑 四川風ガーリック辣油ソース
4. 三陸産帆立貝の九条葱生姜炒め
5. 牛頬肉のカレー煮込み
6. とびっこと紫蘇の炒飯
7. 阿波和三盆杏仁豆腐
完全カウンターのお店で、調理の様子を覗きながらいただくことができる。
ワインとのマリアージュも考えられており、一杯900円ほどから選ぶことができる。
特に名物の鮑料理には、紹興酒のバターソースや、アサリだしの青のりソースを添えられており、ワインとの相性は抜群だ。
また個人的には炒飯が一押しで、
油のくどさは全くなくパラッパラのお米と弾けるようなとびっこ、爽やかな紫蘇の相性が抜群だ。
メニュー的にはしっかりボリュームはあったものの、くどさが無いため最後まで美味しくいただくことができた。
アクセスはどの駅からも少し歩くので、恵比寿駅から来られる方はバスで来られるのをお勧めする。
