A Grilled skewer restaurant with a mature atmosphere located between Ebisu and Shirokane Takanawa (near Ebisu 3-chome). You can watch the skewers being grilled live at the counter-main restaurant. On this day, two of us were there for dinner, and we decided to reserve only the five recommended Grilled skewer courses and decide on the rest at the restaurant. As for the skewers, I think they're okay. The offal had shriveled up probably because it was grilled on a skewer, so it didn't have that springy feel like the offal that is grilled on a charcoal grill. . All of the vegetables were seasonal, especially the Brussels sprouts, which were sweet and delicious! There is a wide variety of side menus, and we ordered shabu shabu, Shabu Shabu (1 piece per person), and low-temperature liver, and all of them were creative and delicious! The drinks were more like bar quality than Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) quality! What makes gari sour so delicious? I also posted a photo of the coaster, but it looks like the second floor is an affiliated bar, so maybe that's why they were so particular about the drinks! I think it's a great value for money if you enjoy alcohol with other skewers rather than horumon!
