1Fは明るいカウンター席、2Fは落ち着いた個室になっており、予約していた個室に入り…
まずいきなり出てきたのが、これまたカラフルでかわいらしい野菜スティックのお通し。
3つのソースで食べ比べることができ、ヘルシーで痩せちゃうけどお通しだから止む無し！
【牛ホルモン刺盛り合わせ（1580円）】
そしてここは店名のとおり牛にこだわっているので、低温調理した刺身盛りもあり…
しっとりなめらかなレバー（火入れ済み）や、香ばしいネギをのせたサクサクなタン、
ショウガでサッパリと食べるハツ、甘辛タレとともにコリコリなハチノス？などがイン♪

しっかり煮込まれてホロッと柔らかい牛ほほ肉と、ピリ辛なソースがナイスな相性。
とは言え、ここの名物は牛串焼きで、やはりそれを攻めなくては本末転倒なので…

これは、牛ホルモン5本＋野菜1本＋特上肉1本がついた、計7本のおまかせ串コースで…
どれもお上品な量なものの、歯を押し返すほどプリップリな牛タンが、デブリシャス！
ホルモンと言っても、肉々しさが前面に立ったものもあれば、脂たっぷりなものもあり…
それぞれの部位をちょこっとずつ食べ比べられるのは、これぞオトナのカロリー！
さいごは特上肉串という、トモサンカク的な部位の串もあり、あふれる肉汁ぷりたつ♪
かなりオシャンティーな雰囲気とメニューなので、一緒に来る仲間を間違えたけど…
さらに特筆すべきは、2FはとなりのBAR、その名も「BARトナリ」と繋がっており…
そのままお会計することなくトナリに移れて、ゆっくりお酒を飲めるというイキなもの。
まさに東京カレンダーっぽい作りなので、合コン好きな男性には使い勝手良さそう（笑）
しかし…！花より団子なDEBUとしては、「牛泥棒」を脱出したあとは近くにある…
学生時代からよく行っていた「丸金ラーメン」に突撃して、失われた自分を取り戻し…
しっかり替玉までしてしまったことを、誤解がないよう合わせて記しておきます（笑）
というわけで、オシャレに気取ってみても、けっきょくは〆ラーしちゃうのでした☆
