本日は白金台駅にて優雅にランチタイム。
ザテンダーハウスダイニングさんにお伺いしました。
頼んだのは下記。
○ランチコース3800円（税込）
○チチャモラーダ800円
ちなみにチチャモラーダは、紫とうもろこしのドリンクです。
出てきた料理は下記。
○ペルーの卵焼き
マヨと唐辛子のソースが美味しいです。
○びんちょう鮪の藁焼き
和とペルーの折衷料理。
びんちょう鮪のさっぱりした旨味をバルサミコのソースが引き立ててくれてます。
○三浦大根のスープ
優しい大根の甘味があるあっさりスープ。
○鮟鱇と貝のバリウエレラ
ブイヤベースっぽい濃厚な旨味のスープ。
最後に残ったスープにパンを浸したら至福の味。
○牛バラ塊肉のワイン煮込み
ホロホロとスプーンで崩れる柔らかい牛バラ煮込み。
旨味が濃縮されたソースが美味しい一皿。
付け合わせのジャガイモがとてつもなく甘くって、一瞬薩摩芋？？？って思う位の甘味だけどしっかりとジャガイモの風味があり絶品でした。
○アマゾンカカオのテリーヌと柚子シャーベット
濃厚で美味しいです。
リーズナブルに美味しいペルー料理を頂けました。
