細長いハード系の生地。
焼き色は薄く、手作り感ある歪な形。
クラストはパリッ。
クラムはコシがあり、もちもち食感。
サンドされているのは、
分厚い卵焼き、薄めのベーコン、
オレンジ色のケチャップ？
生地の旨みを生かす為か、全体的に薄味。
不思議と物足りなさはなく、最後まで美味しい。

シュー生地のみ陳列。
やや小ぶり。
会計後にクリームを入れるサービス。
生地にアーモンドの様なナッツの香ばしさが隠れており、
憎い演出。
割るとトロンと溢れる白色のクリーム。
バニラビーンズ入りで、
卵感あるまったりとした甘み。後味はスッキリ。
定期的に食べたい秀逸なスイーツ。
白金にあるパン屋の2号店。
店内は細長く、奥にカフェが併設。
現在、カフェは休業中らしい。
白金店に比べ、ラインナップは少なめ。
