はじめて聞きました！サッパリの胸肉に鶏皮の脂が丁度いい。私はこれが1番お気に入りでした。粒マスタードをたっぷり乗せたのが更に美味しかった！

熊野地鶏の弾力を感じるもも肉。
普段食べる焼鳥よりも食べ応えのある満足なひと串。

軟骨入りの手作りつくねはふわふわホロホロ。
唯一のタレだったが、タレも甘さ控えめで美味しい。

お料理はどれもこれも本当に美味しかったです。
コース料理を注文しましたが、多分何を食べても美味しいこと間違いないと思います。
店内もとてもお洒落で心地良い音楽、やきとり屋さんにいる事を忘れてしまうくらいの空間でした。デートにもピッタリです！！！
そして、コロナ対策が徹底されててとても素晴らしいと思いました！！！
次はアラカルトで注文して熊野地鶏を堪能したいと思います。
