[8 minutes from Shirokane Takanawa Station] Authentic handmade stone-ground soba noodles and a Japanese delicacy made with seasonal ingredients
We have continued to hone our Japanese skills, and in September 2017 we opened "Sobarin," where you can enjoy authentic, stone-ground, hand-made soba noodles and seasonal Japanese-style meal. In a dig |
Walking down a residential street, you will see a light. A counter, which is rare for a buckwheat noodle restaurant. Two tables in the back. Mizutako sashimi is good with lemon and salt. Oyster Ponzu is small Oyster. The thick-boiled egg that everyone recommended. The broth is very good and the eggs are soft and smooth. Shirako (whitebait) Tempura and kakiage (prawns and leek). Tempura The fried prawns and leeks were thinly coated and crispy. It was very cold that day and I wanted to eat warm soba noodles. I also had a craving for curry, so I had pork curry soba. I love curry at soba restaurants! The curry soup was spicy and spicy, but it was also deliciously blended with the flavor of the dashi broth in the soba sauce. It was the perfect place to enjoy a delicious Soba-mae with Soba and finish with Soba while drinking sake. It was a great place for a mature night. Next time, I would definitely like to spend time at the counter. Thank you very much!
