店内はカウンターのみでBGMもなし、
オープンキッチンの躍動感を楽しむ店だ。
料理はどれも繊細で出汁は透き通った丁寧な味わい。
子持ち鮎の塩焼きが堪らなく美味しかった。
炭火でカリッと焼いた表面とジューシーでふっくらとした卵が、、ホクホク♩
