お仕事関係の人との情報交換会食。
今年はこれが初めてです。
先方さんの知り合いのお店。
白金高輪駅から歩いたらちょっと遠かった。
まず驚きの、茶わん蒸しに、いくらの餡みたいなのがかかってる。
美味しい。
サンマもおしゃれなスタイル。
ここで鯖寿司という読めない流れで進みます。
落ち着いたカウンターでゆったり。
ここでお椀というのも驚き。
お肉かと間違えるようなマグロの表面だけあぶったお造り。
続いて、カワハギのお造りは肝醤油で。
日本酒にばっちり。
マイタケの天ぷらと、なんだっったかな？里芋の？コロッケ。
びっくり、ふわっとした謎の粉。
これ栗を裏ごししてるとのこと。
確かに食べると栗の味。
粉の下にはヒジキがありました。
焼き魚と
かぶらの煮物。
ここで枝豆すこし。
お肉にはマツタケの軸を細く裂いたものが乗ってます。
独創的なお料理。
マツタケご飯となめこの赤だし。
土鍋で炊いたマツタケご飯はのこりはおむすびでおみやげに。
締めはお蕎麦。
いやーーーー、もうおなかパンパン。
お蕎麦はからすみで。
締めのアイス最中で終了。
後から知りましたがこちら、ミシュラン1つ星なんですね。
