A Japanese Cuisine restaurant located about a 10-minute walk from Shirokane Takanawa in the direction of Ebisu 3-chome. I had been interested in this restaurant for a while since it was run by a chef who was trained by Mr. Higuchi, so I made a reservation and went there on a Sunday night. The inside of the store is Shiraki Counters Dawn, which looks like Japanese Cuisine in Minato Ward! It's not like that, it's a small and casual atmosphere. Like a small restaurant. I was surprised that it was more familiar than luxurious, which was different from what I expected. Of course I don't mean it in a bad way. selection course costs 30,250 yen, which seems to vary depending on the season. After 9 dishes, white rice, rice accompaniment, and dessert are served, so the number of dishes is quite large. It's not heavy at all because it's a light Japanese Japanese-style meal made with fish and vegetables. The bear hot pot was served as the main dish, and the fat was sweet and delicious. Also, crabs came out here and there. Also, during the meal, they served grilled wagyu beef and tuna, which made me feel like I was eating so much white rice.It was amazing. If the store would allow it, I would stay until morning. It's light but satisfying, and it's great that it's easy to make reservations. If anything, it was a shop with only regulars, but they were very kind to me even at first glance. Warm and warm.
