平日の20時に訪問。
凛とした空気というよりも、大将の人柄もあると思いますが、非常にリラックスした雰囲気の中で食事が楽しめる空間でした。
大将は非常に気さくで、サービス精神旺盛ですが、芯の部分にはしっかりとした職人としての矜持を持ち合わせているといった感じがして、非常に好感が持てました。
見返すと、撮り忘れてた写真もあったので、全部で何種類か、分からなくなってしまいました。

以上、握りが圧巻でした。非常に美味しかった。
シャリが好みで、全く食べ疲れしない。
それぞれのネタの下支えをしているといった感じで、本当に美味しかった。
特にマグロ４貫から青魚にかけては、素晴らしかった。
んー、なんか自分で書いてて、コメントの薄っぺらさに耐えられそうにないので、お店に対して申し訳ない気持ちでいっぱいです。
なので、この辺で...。
来年から週一でランチもやるそうなので、開始したら、再訪いたします。
