珍しく白金でお鮨となりました。この日お世話になるのは鮨 長島さん。カウンター席のみで、店内はとても綺麗にされています。そして何といっても大将の人柄の良さが伝わってきます。
お酒をいただきながらつまんでいきましたが、さすがにどれも美味しいです。ひと手間加えた繊細な握りを楽しまさせてもらいました。
ワンランク上のおもてなしをしたい時に知ってて損はないお店だと思います。接待やデートなどに使うのもよろしいでしょう。
