白金高輪に日本初上陸。
本場イタリアの味や食材を伝えるカフェ。
ドロゲリアとはイタリアでいう食品などを扱う地域密着の食糧雑貨店のこと。
イタリアマルケ州出身のサンクリッカ氏によるこだわりの食材を現地から直輸入。パスタ、オリーブオイル、バルサミコなどをそろえます。
それだけでなく、エスプレッソなどのカフェメニューや焼き菓子も販売されています。
生クリームたっぷりのマリトッツォが有名ですが、生クリームが苦手なので焼き菓子を購入することにしました。
⚫︎ フロランタン オ セザム 350円
長野県〝豊年屋〟の黒ごまを使用したフロランタンです。
→下部のクッキー生地が面白いくらいサックサク！上部にびっちり敷かれて固められたアーモンドスライスとゴマが香ばしく、ちょっとした和菓子っぽさもあって普通のフロランタンよりも好みな味わい。
一個でじゅうぶんなエネルギーが得られそうな焼き菓子でした。
