さんにお伺いさせていただきました、

場所は、白金高輪になります。通り沿い路面店になります。
外観は、黒い外装、白い暖簾実にシンプルでお洒落な感じです、
内装は、L字カウンター席のみこじんす、
こちらは百名店に選出される実力店の一つでしたが、
現在は新体制のお店になって代替わりされております。
以前はいまや一大勢力になります、
目黒の焼き鳥屋さんの系列になりまして、
仕入の鳥は、お約束の伊達鶏になります、
代名詞でもある火力は強火です。カリカリで美味しいですね
この日はたまたま、前の店主でもある、
北出さんが担当されました、
焼き手は、水島康生さん、テンポ良くお焼きいただけます、
実に良いですね。
