“Japanese Cuisine Festival” again. It's going in its own direction, but the good thing about it is that people who are used to eating delicious food can enjoy it without having to think about the difficult things. On this day as well, we were presented with a menu that had been devised in various ways.

恵比寿から移転したばかり。雄さん夏織さん二人のコンビは変わりませんが、心機一転名前を変えてのスタートとなった『縁日(えんか)』さん。

Today's ``fair'' started with salmon roe. Taro sticky manju with bright chrysanthemum flowers, sashimi consisting of flounder and mackerel, grilled yellowtail with Japanese pepper, roasted Ozaki beef, hair crab, béchamel spring rolls made with matsutake mushrooms and soy milk, grilled eggplant and conger eel, and the final dish was chestnut rice.
