去年まで、恵比寿 日本料理 雄というお店でしたが、白金に引っ越し、店名も縁日(えんか)に変わったお店。炊き立ての土鍋炊きご飯と、デザートの苺ミルク生羊羹が有名なお店です。
そして、今日がお店が移転してから初めての来店です。
遠くなって、なかなか来れませんでした。
雲丹と生湯葉、空豆の摺流しと、白木耳。本鮪とアオリイカ。マコガレイの炭火焼き。茹ヤングコーン。雲丹のクリームソース、カッペリーニ。車海老とアスパラガスと茗荷の辛子酢味噌和え。桜鱒とスナップエンドウ、蕎麦の実の唐辛子味噌。今日は桜海老の土鍋炊き御飯。そしてデザートはいつもの苺みるく生洋羹。
緊急事態宣言中なので、お酒が飲めないのが残念。ノンアルコールは、やっぱり物足りない。せめて一合で良いから日本酒が飲みたい！
