I was introduced to this by a friend who is a foodie. Each dish was carefully crafted, making it more like a kappo cuisine than a kaiseki meal, and we had a fun meal with combinations that you wouldn't find anywhere else. The dishes may be simple, such as fava bean paste and crab, but each dish is profound, with a sense of time and effort that cannot be seen with the naked eye. Thank you for letting me know about a valuable restaurant where you can enjoy a private room for entertainment, dates, etc. without having to worry about your shoulders. The restaurant was fully booked on days when the customer base was very good. When I look at the customer base, I can kind of see why there aren't many people posting on Tabelog.
