「アル チェッポ」を訪問。
平日の直前に予約して開店直後にお伺いしました。
PRANZOのパスタ
トマトとリコッタチーズとアスパラのスパゲッティ
1,320円とコーヒー 440円を注文。
フォカッチャ付きです。
20分くらいで提供されました。
パスタはソースが抜群ですね！
トマトとリコッタチーズとシンプルな素材ながら、
旨味と酸味のバランスがとても良く美味しいです。
パスタはしっかりアルデンテ、アスパラ含めて
ソースと相性抜群で旨いです。
最後まで美味しく頂きました。
移転して評価がゼロクリアされてますが
ビブグルマンに相応しいお店です！
