いやぁ〜美味しくて大満足でした。
関西ご出身のシェフということで、変に気取った感もなく、美味しいものを食べさせてあげたい強い気持ちがユーモアをまじえて、ビンビン伝わってきました。
特に、2品目の鰆のタコスは、とても柔らかく美味だけでなく、遊び心もありとても楽しめました。自分の手で巻いて、好きなように齧り付け、最高です。
3品目の温野菜も、素材の良さだけでなく、色々な調理法が取り入れられていて、香りや歯応えも様々で、とっても楽しく美味しい。
メインの赤ワイン煮やデザートも、ボリュミーで満足感タップリです。
最後の一品は、デザートと締めの一品の択一式で、締めの一品は担々麺ないしオカンの焼きそばがチョイスできます。家内はデザートのタルトタタン，私は焼きそば行きました。
想像通り、大阪オカンの焼きそばで、豚肉の下味がしっかり付いた濃いソースの焼きそばで、もうお腹もいっぱい大満足です。
最近のフレンチは、新しくサプライズ感をねらったお料理が多いように感じますが、意外と記憶に残らず再訪に繋がらないケースも少なくないように思えます。
こちらの料理は、美味しさ真っ向勝負で変に気取ってもおらず、強く再訪したいと思いました。
