前菜のタコス。驚くほど好みの味。
仔羊はいくつものソースが複雑に絡み合って美味しさマシマシ。
金華豚に付けてくれた大阪貝塚特産の木積筍が激美味。
接客面。いきなりノンアルコールドリンクをずらっと並べられて、唐突感がすごかった...何か一言あっても良かったのでは。
とはいえ、次期百名店入りは間違いないだろう。
