どうやって開けたらいいか一瞬迷う扉から入店。
入るとそこは隠れ家的な雰囲気漂う空間。照明が暗めなのがまた一興。高揚する。
お寿司は熟成寿司、低温調理など様々な工夫がされたお寿司からシンプルに素材の旨味を感じるお寿司まで、すべて文句なしに美味しい。
全部本当に美味しいけど、特に海老が美味しかった…
これだけのお寿司をこの価格で、それも白金高輪で食べれるなんて他にはまずない。
できたばかりだからこれからもしかしたら価格上がるのかな？
大将もお話しが面白く雰囲気作りが上手です。
大将を通してお客さん同士で会話を楽しめるのもまた魅力。
