・白海老の茶碗蒸し
米粉で揚げてサクサクの白海老。
混ぜて食べると旨味が広がる。
ほくほく枝豆も入っていて
食感も楽しめる。
・つぶ貝刺身
スダチと醤油。
臭みが無くさっくり食べられる。
・タコ
あえて歯応えを残している。
お出汁を使っていないのに
旨味がしっかり感じられる。
・生牡蠣
のってりクリーミーで
めちゃくちゃ美味しい！！！

しっかりめの味付けで
