貝類が旬だからとくにめちゃくちゃおいしい。。
歯ごたえもだし、うまみがやばい
何もつけなくていいくらい貝のうまみがギュッとしてる
醤油でもお塩でも最高
ヒラメもモチモチした噛みごたえでおいしい

こうゆうのって味濃いの多いけど
ふんわり味がするかんじですごい食べやすかった

蟹あんと桜えび米粉揚げの茶碗蒸し
桜えびのサクサク食感がおいしい

やわらか煮ではなく、あえて食感を残してる

入口も独特だし、店内も薄暗くて
