白金高輪から3.4分のお店です。
今回は17時からのショートコースで予約。
店内はシックで暗めの雰囲気でデートなどでも使えそう。
ヒノキのテーブルは高級感を醸し出します！
17時から一斉スタートで、9900円が嬉しい。
どれも素材にこだわっており、包丁の入れ方や魚の〆方、寝かせ方など工夫がいっぱい。
シャリはやや硬め。
個人的No.1は金目鯛の炭火炙り。
金目鯛の特有の臭みもなく、炭の香りと鯛の風味がとてもいい感じでした。セトロも脂が乗っていてとても良い感じ。ネタに合わせたおすすめの日本酒を出してくれるのも嬉しいです。
７ネタと1本で量もちょうど良い！
またゆっくりときてみたいです！
