①日曜日の朝食にと朝9:40に着いてしまった。ら10:00Openでした。
近所を散歩で時間を潰してから再訪。
②Open前には3組4人の行列が出来てました。
③狭い店内全体的には安いモノは無い。
パンも置いてる珈琲ショップさん的なのかな？その割にはパンが多くてコーヒーを買ってる人は私の前にはいなかった。
高輪台のパン屋さんの方はどんな感じだったっけかなー？
④このお店ではお安めのあんバターを買ってみました。¥380。電子決済でお支払い。
⑤家に持って帰って朝メシにと思ったけど、小麦粉製品なのと、時間がもう11:00近かったので、お昼ごはんの『LIKE』の後のおやつに変更しました。
⑥食後に食べたあんバターは餡もしっかりと有るが、バターの存在感が他店のより感じられるかも？後、バゲットがなんか美味しめ。何で？粉チーズでもまぶされている様なパルメザン感がある様な気が？
写真をよく見ると自家製ぶどう酵母とあるけど、ソレのせいでは無いと思うんだよねー、コレは。
※総評：うん、あんバターは中々外さないパンだけど、バゲットがこの前食べたサンジェルマンのよりはかなり美味しかったので、好印象です。餡も少なく無いのに、バターは少し厚めにもカットされている感じなので、
低くなりがちなパン評価が高めになったと思われます。
