アミューズで出てきた黒トリュフ、香り良かった。
なんか処理してたのかな。
マドレーヌと雲丹の組合せも新しくて美味かった。
キャビアとぼたん海老、スペシャリテって言うだけあって美味い。
キャビアはもっと量がほしいって思っちゃったけど。
ガレットはナイフを入れると潰れて中身が出ちゃうので少し食べ辛かった。
蛍烏賊は炭の香りが移ってて、良かった。
こういう家では絶対出来ないひと手間あると嬉しいね。
カレー一杯だと少し物足りないなーと思ってたら、おかわり出てきて嬉しかった。
大蒜入ってないだけで余韻こんなに違うんだな。アイス食べるときちんと上書きされた。
そばのアイスとオリーブオイルの組合せが一番感動した。
意外と合うんだな。
