焼鳥火團＠白金台（白金プラチナ通り沿い）
鳥しき出身の「やきとり阿部」グループの4店舗目で2023年6月1日オープン。
グループの3店舗共に月初オープン、で“火”が付く共通性。2号店・3号店は「やきとり」だったが、今度は「焼鳥」に。その変更理由を今回聞けなかったので次回聞いてみよう。
「阿部」は伊達鶏、「結火」は黒さつま鶏、「陽火」は前は伊達鶏だったが、リニュアルと共に黒さつま鶏に。
そしてこちらは伊達鶏を使った炭火焼でオーダーおまかせストップ制。鶏銘柄もタレも本店と同じなのでもちろんおいしい。私はストップは言わず、全体の流れで19本で終了。そして〆メニュー。
〆は焼きおにぎり、TKG、担々麺に加えて、最近そぼろ丼も増えた。私はもちろん担々麺。（複数注文も可能）
浅草開化楼の細麺を使った中華出身のスタッフが作る濃厚担々麺は、焼鳥店とは思えない秀逸な一杯。スープは鶏ベースに鶏そぼろ。
1部は16時から、我々は２部で19時から。1部は2時間半だが、２部は食べる量が多ければ時間は延ばせる。今回は３時間半。
ノンアル３杯で1.4。
