割とオーソドックスなサラダ｡

シラスと独活、春の香りを詰め込んだスパゲッティーニ｡
ポーションは少なめ｡
オイルがもう少しスパイシーだとシラスの香りが引き立つと思うのだけれど、まぁ〝自分の好みならば〟の範疇｡
シラスの塩味が淡くて心地よい｡
デザート→
アイスクリームと紅茶のフィナンシェ、薄めのコーヒー｡
フィナンシェにアイスクリームを乗せつついただく｡ふんわり紅茶が香り美味しい｡

サクッと軽くとりたくて少し歩くけれどコチラに伺う｡
小規模ホテルの一階｡箱は大きく収容も多そう｡
テラスに面して広がりを感じる空間｡この日は空いていたのでゆったりとした雰囲気で食事が楽しめた｡
パスタランチは前菜とパスタ両方を選らぶ事ができるプリフィクス｡
周りを見ると、ご近所の優雅なマダムがワインや泡を楽しみながらランチを楽しんでいらっしゃる｡
値段も手頃なので〝普段使い〟には最適なのだろう｡
サラダとパスタだけでの評価は拙速｡
