どの料理を食べても、味は全て美味しいです。
高級まではいきませんが、中の上というところでしょうか。
味付けもあることながら、料理に使われている、
肉や野菜や脂が新鮮でなかなか上品です。
例えば肉ですが、脂身が少なく赤みがしっかりしています。
野菜も、色つやがよく細切れではなく、しっかり入っています。
脂も、使い切ってドロドロになったような汚い脂ではなく
そこそこ新鮮ではないかと思います。
後味がいいので、ムカムカしません。
１つ懸念点をあげるなら、中途半端に価格が高いところです。
決して安くありません。
一品はどれも1000円ぐらいするので、
３品と酒を頼めば5000円は超えると思います。
ランチなら１人でもOKだと思いますが、
夜は１人ではおすすめできません。
とは言え、総合的に味は美味しいので
行って失敗はないと思います。
自分もかなりのリピーターなので保証します。
